Information we collect

Through Steam. When you play via Steam, Valve provides us limited account information through the Steamworks SDK, including your Steam ID and public profile name. We never receive your Steam password or payment details.
Gameplay and network data. To run online matches we process your IP address (to connect you to game servers), your in-game name, and match and gameplay statistics.
This website. The site is static and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your chosen language locally in your browser only. Our hosting and network provider may log basic technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

To run the game, matchmaking, and dedicated game servers.
To maintain fair play and to diagnose and fix problems.
To respond to you if you contact support.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Valve Corporation (Steam) — the platform the game runs on.
Our server hosting and network providers — to operate game servers and this website.

These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to operate the game and its services, then delete or anonymize it.

Children

Bloody Castle is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
